Text messaging terms and privacy
How Rablab texts you about your requests, and how it protects your phone number.
Text message terms
- When you check the text message box on Rablab's website, you agree to receive text messages from Rablab about your requests and services: job updates, appointment reminders, quote and invoice links, and replies to your messages.
- Message frequency varies with your requests and appointments.
- Msg & data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.
- Agreeing to texts is never a condition of a purchase. You can still ask for service without it.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
- Rablab uses your phone number and your consent only to text you about your requests and services.
- Phone numbers and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
- Your number is passed only to the service providers that run the app and deliver the messages, and only for that.
- Reply STOP at any time and the texts stop.
